  At first, the service was wonderful. We were looking for an entire house to furnish. We ended up purchasing 10 pieces and the process was smooth. We signed financing papers on the day we closed on our house and set the delivery date. Two hours later my work schedule changed and we had to change our delivery date to the day before. We called and told that that wouldn’t be a problem and it was settled. Today, we get a message confirming our delivery date...for the wrong date. They called and said my signature wasn’t valid on the paperwork and I needed to come back in and sign them again. So, I go to the store to sign paperwork and fix the delivery date. I asked to speak with the store manager and the person they sent to speak with me completely contradicted herself in what she stated three days prior. She told me today that she told us three days prior that she wasn’t able to change the delivery date, basically calling us liars. In fact, she did say that the delivery date was able to be changed. Her reasoning for denying her initial claim was that one of our pieces went on backorder within the two hours it took for us to call to reschedule. Once again, calling us, HER CUSTOMERS, liars. Will be looking for a full refund and taking my business to their competition.

  They do not honor warranty! Had to replace my couch 3 or more times. Been lied to countless times. Please do not write acting like you care, if you do respond on here. Because in reality we know you don't. I just contacted the Better Business bureau again for the second time. Also they just moved a new furniture store close by American factory direct. Address 210 New Camellia Blvd, Covington, LA 70433 Check them out instead. They price match ashley furniture prices and I'm sure their customers service is better.
