  I am leaving this location after visiting around 12:30pm. I am disappointed in this location. I’ve been to the Hammond Louisiana location and I am always greeted. I pull up to this location the staff is outside taking a smoking break. That is fine. My husband, mother in law and I walk in it’s quiet. All we here is the music. We walk around for a moment and nothing. We were finally spoken to when we walked into an office with a woman and man in there. They asked if we were finding everything okay and if we needed assistance. Finally a young woman and and black gentleman came and asked how we were today. We were in the store for at least 5-10 minutes before we were even spoken to. That is bad customer service. I also smoke so I understand taking breaks. But what I don’t understand is no one being left in the store to greet customers. This type of service is not at the Hammond location, nor is it at any rooms to go, home furniture, Aaron’s etc! I will not return to this store again. I live in Pine Louisiana I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Hammond to shop from now on. I expect more. I was the only customer in the store! If you want to feel like your business is appreciated DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!
